At TinyCircuits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our electronics and kits. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, cables, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
